The theme of this brand new weekly group training during the spring is to develop and maximize each student’s individual technical and physical conditions in order to increase swing and ball speed while maintaining precision.
Led by our PGA coaches [coach’s name], each training group meets on [number] occasions in a small tight group with a maximum of [number] participants. Each individual training session focuses on different and important game moments where [trainer’s name] gives all participants individual and educational guidance in how the body’s conditions and technique are best combined. The initial training session combines an individual screening test via Kinexit as well as a review of the important basics of stance and grip.
Screening and the essential basics – movement screening, positioning and grip.
Iron clubs and hybrids – basic technique and the important power sources of the swing.
100 meters into the green – different club choices that lead to functional and safe shots.
Lob and bunker shots – important factors in controlling the height of the shot and the spin of the ball.
Driver – the explosive game off the tee.
