Our Golf Fitness Station by Kinexit is a 10-week program that we created with the ambition to be a stable and ready solution in developing training programs for circuit training. The program is specially developed for our certified PGA coaches and golf academies to develop their students’ physical characteristics in body control, mobility, posture, balance, coordination, strength, stability and speed.
