Individual winter development package – Small
Our Winter Development Package (Small) is designed for students who aim to improve their game during the fall/winter. The training begins with a functional analysis of the student’s game, swing technique, and physical abilities. The connection between these components gives us a good foundation for how we design a personalized development plan for the student.
The student undergoes a functional movement screen at the first training session to test mobility and coordination. The golf swing is filmed in combination with essential metrics from [launch monitor] being defined.
The two subsequent 50-minute sessions are based on the findings from the first lesson combined with the student’s wishes.
After the completed training period, the student receives a summary which then develops the basis for how the individual training should best be conducted.
2500:- 3 x 50 min + 1 month of Kinexit (if you wish, it is possible to change 2 of the 50 min passes to 4*25 min)
Individual winter development package – Large
The largest of our development packages is a more extensive development plan aimed at students with a strong ambition and therefore also spans over a longer time frame, with several subsequent follow-up sessions.
The training period is divided into three blocks before, during, and after the Christmas break. The first period begins just like the Winter Small package with an initial analysis of the student’s swing technique and physical abilities. The information from the swing analysis and the physical screening sets the foundation. These values become ongoing and recurring goals to develop together during the weekly training sessions.
After the first training period, the student receives prioritized improvement areas with tips and advice on conducting their own technical and physical training.
The third and final training period is repeated with recurring 50-minute sessions. The last session then becomes the finish line for the progression journey. During this session, the student is re-screened and evaluated to measure technical improvements that have taken place in the student’s golf swing.
7500:- 5 x 50 min + 2 x 6-hole on course assessments + 3 months Kinexit (if you wish, it is possible to make one or more of the 50 min passes into 25 min sessions).
Small Group
Small Group is for someone who wants to take the next step in their golf game and wants to optimize training during the winter to reach goals in 2023 and beyond. We revise the whole picture of you as an individual, and we put together a plan that specifically suits you and gives you an insight into how training is conducted and followed up at a higher level than what most “ordinary club golfers” are used to.
As a Small Group participant, you will receive individual coaching and follow-up on your journey, as well as take part in group training aimed at golfers with the same approach to training and development as you have.
Several training sessions are carried out in the academy’s studio environment with all our technical feedback. This includes full swing practice, short game, and putting.
The course includes 14 coached training sessions in our studio and academy environment with access to [launch monitor], 3-month Kinexit membership for individual screening, and physical training.

You sign up individually for the time that suits you best, so if you want to train in the same group as someone, you have to talk to each other and sign up for the same time. All golf training in the studio can be done together, even if you choose different packages.
Weekly training in a small group with a focus on the “Body-swing connection”
This new weekly winter group training aims to develop and maximize each student’s technical and physical abilities to increase swing and ball speed.
Led by PGA Professional [name], each group have eight sessions over the winter, in a small personal group with a maximum of 6 participants. Each training session focuses on different essential game components where [trainer’s name] gives all participants individual coaching and feedback on how to reach their full potential.
The initial training session combines an individual screening test via Kinexit and a review of the important basics of stance and grip. Then several metrics are defined for each student in a combination of swing data, club and ball speed, and the body’s physical ability in mobility and rotation.
These values give us an excellent base to start from, which we then shape into individual and attainable development goals during the course period.
Together we work on the weekly goals during 8 coached training sessions in our studio and academy environment.

Group Training – Small Group
Golf and mobility training 60 minutes, once a week, in fall and winter, led by PGA Club Professionals [name] or [name]. Maximum [number] of students per training group. In the course, we alternate individual technique training, putting and basic mobility training.
During the fall, we begin the training period by defining several important measurement values for each student in a combination of swing data, club, and ball speed with the body’s physical ability in mobility and rotation. These values become ongoing and recurring goals to develop together during the weekly training sessions.

Weekly course opportunities during weeks 46-50 and weeks 3-12 with a break in week 8 for sports holidays. All groups are open to everyone regardless of age, gender or handicap.
