Last week, Kinexit organized an event at Ullna Indoor Golf where Chris Mansson, CEO at Kinexit, talked about ‘How fitness impacts the golf swing – helping golfers to train better to play more.’
We had a full house with 12 PGA Professionals from the Stockholm area in attendance. It was a very interactive session discussing topics such as how to integrate fitness into the golf lesson, how to stay engaged with students in-between lessons and how to position lesson packages including golf-specific exercises.
The practical aspect of the event occurred after lunch. Henrik Lundqvist kindly made his studio available, and all attendees underwent the Kinexit mobility screening. It was a fun part of the day where everyone got to compare results and talk about how restrictions in different places affect the golf swing in different ways.
