How important is fitness for you when it comes to golf?
“Fitness and physical training has always been the core foundation for my golf, both as a player and as a teacher”

What are your fitness goals for this year?
“I’ve just renewed my own fitness plan to shift focus from years of mobility work to more speed and power. I’m tired of hitting my second shot first on every hole…”

What has changed since you started working with Kinexit?

“The platform has saved me a great ammount of time designing workouts and communicating with clients”

Which is your favorite Kinexit feature, and why?
“I love that with Kinexit, my students and I can train anywhere at any time. I have two small boys, and the ease of the app and the training is perfect for me”
