Golf and mobility training 60 minutes 1 time per week in fall and winter led by PGA Club Professionals [name] or [name]. Maximum [number] of students per training group. In the course, we alternate individual technique training, putting and basic mobility training.
During the fall, we begin the training period by defining a number of important measurement values for each student in a combination of swing data, club and ball speed with the body’s physical ability in mobility and rotation. These values become ongoing and recurring goals to develop together during the weekly training sessions.
The course includes 14 leader-led training sessions in our studio and academy environment with access to [Foresight GC Quad launch monitor, Swing Catalyst video analysis], 6 months Kinexit membership for individual screening and physical training and 1 developing webinar on Golf Fitness hosted by Kinexit.
Weekly course opportunities during weeks 46-50 and weeks 3-12 with a break in week 8 for sports holidays where all groups are open to everyone regardless of age, gender or handicap.
