GDPR and Kinexit

As many of you have heard, the EU privacy and data protection (GDPR) is setting a new standard for how all companies use and protect EU citizen’s data. The regulation commences in May 2018. Kinexit is fully committed to GDPR compliance and transparency in all the ways we handle the personal data of customers, professionals, and businesses.

In order to ensure that we handle our user’s personal data correctly, we have implemented the following:

• Updated our Privacy Policy to ensure compliance.
• Revised our data mapping and data inventory.
• Created internal strategies for how we can safely and efficiently handle requests from legal entities regarding their data.
• Created new terms of use for all users to demonstrate how we use our users’ data.
