The winter period is ending is coming to an end, and now it is time to shift our focus to the upcoming golf season.
Hopefully, we have all made significant progress technically and physically and are well-prepared for the 2023 season.
When it comes to our Golf Fitness, we all have different physical abilities, and thus all have different needs when it comes to optimizing the body’s function in the best possible way.
However, if we look at the Tour Players, everyone knows the importance of developing and maintaining their physical abilities during the season.
