The theme for this completely new small group training during the fall is developing and maximizing each student’s individual technical and physical abilities to increase the swing and ball speed while maintaining precision.
Under the guidance of our PGA coaches [coach’s name], each training group meets [number] occasions in a small group with a maximum [number] of participants. Each training session focuses on different and important game elements where [the coach’s name] gives all participants individual and pedagogical guidance in how the body’s conditions and technique are best combined. The initial training session combines an individual screening test via Kinexit and a review of the essential basics of set-up and grip.

Iron clubs and hybrids – basic technology and the swing’s important sources of power.
100-meters towards the green – various club choices that lead to functional and safe strokes.
Lob and bunker strokes – important factors for gaining control of stroke height and ball spin.
Driver – the explosive game from the tee.
