We asked Morten some questions about Golf Fitness, what his goals are with his own training and what has changed since he started working with Kinexit?

How important is fitness for you when it comes to golf?
“Fitness is super important for me! I still love to compete, and I need to take care of myself and play pain-free.”

What are your fitness goals for this year?
“I have 2 goals… The first is to get my club head speed up to 113 mph with the driver. The second is to increase my flexibility in my hips and lower back.”

What has changed since you started working with Kinexit?

“I am more flexible and much more aware of my strengths and weaknesses.”

Which is your favorite Kinexit feature, and why?
“I love that with Kinexit, my students and I can train anywhere at any time. I have two small boys, and the ease of the app and the training is perfect for me”
