Test: Your workout program is created based on a 7-step mobility test that takes up to 15 minutes. Based on your results, Kinexit will select between more than 700 different exercises to create the perfect golf fitness program – FOR YOU. You will get four different exercise programs: Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Endurance
Reports: Keep track of your stats and consistency over time to stay motivated and on track to meet your goals.
